The Room Rules
Welcome to The Content Room! We’re so glad you chose to get creative with us. To help us provide the best experience for you and future creators, please follow our guidelines. We hope you enjoy your time at TCR and remember to tag us in your photos!

For first time visitors, someone will greet you fifteen minutes prior to your appointment to get you aquatinted with our studio. Returning guests will receive a one-time code to enter.

No standing on the furniture
No food or drinks on the furniture or rugs
No smoking or vaping inside the building
No alcohol inside the building
No smoke machines
No recording devices in the bathroom or dressing room
No pets
No burning of candles
The front and back door must be closed at all times
Do not move hung art. Only chairs and small items such as vases, books, and small decor items can be moved
No confetti, glitter, sand, paint, aerosol spray cans, weapons, fireworks, or any small particles that are hard to clean. You will be charged a damage fee if any of the furniture or items are left with particles on them.

Return all props and furniture back in its original spot. Please do not push or drag the furniture or props on the floor. Please pick up and return items where you found them when you arrived.
Make sure you turn off the lights and lock the door when you leave.
If you change the air temperature, please turn it back to its original setting.

Your rental time includes your set up and clean up time. Please respect the designated rental time to avoid any additional fees.

You may use the table that is in the middle of the room and set your personal items there. You may also leave your personal items in the changing room. Please do not move the table to any other part of the room.

Do not sit on the white/cream furniture or props if you have not rinsed off prior to coming in. If you plan on getting a spray tan, we recommend The Blush and Glow Studio. Please make sure you have tanned 1-2 days before coming in and not the day of.
Do not get makeup on the furniture.
Do not drag the furniture or props across the floor. Please pick up and carry the furniture/items/props so nothing breaks and the floors do not get scratched.
Please place all items back in its original spot before you leave.
Do not use glitter or confetti on any furniture. Those items can only be used on the paper backdrops.
No standing on furniture including the sofas.

You will have The Content Room to yourself except on Shared Sundays or if someone is recording their podcast. We will you know ahead of time if the podcast studio will be in use during your time
You may use any and all props that are in the main room. Do not go in the back and take anything out of the private office/storage room
You have access to our private changing room
If The Podcast Room is not in use, you may use it as additional photoshoot space

Clean up all messes before you leave; makeup, confetti, glitter, feathers etc.
Your rental time includes both setup an cleanup
Please inform us of any damages
Leave The Content Room the way you found it when you arrived. Cleaning supplies are available under the bathroom sink
Before leaving, please turn off the lights and make sure to lock the front and back doors

Food and drinks are allowed BUT only clear liquids near the furniture. No food of any kind on the furniture.
-No alcohol inside is allowed

Return all props and furniture to its original spot.
Leave all lights on when leaving unless you are the last booking for the day.
Reset the thermostat to its original temperature.
Turn off music.

For your safety, The Content Room is being monitored inside all rooms and outside by security cameras 24/7.

You may cancel and reschedule through the link you were sent via email. Cancellations require a minimum of 24 hours notice prior to your scheduled time to avoid any fees. Cancellations of less than 24 hours are not subject to refunds. Rescheduling of less than a 24 notice will incur a $60 rescheduling fee.

We have a 15 minute grace period to reserve your space; however, this does not extend your rental. For example, if you booked TCR for an hour photography session and your rental time is at 1 p.m., but you arrive at 1:15, your rental ends promptly at 2 p.m. If you no-show for your scheduled rental time, you forfeit a refund; any additional bookings are at regular prices.

To maintain a respectful and professional environment for all clients and team members, our studio strictly prohibits any form of inappropriate, explicit, or sexually suggestive photography/videography or activity within the premises. All content produced in our space must align with our values of professionalism and integrity. Our studio welcomes creative expression, including tasteful boudoir photography. However, to ensure a tasteful and professional environment for everyone, we do not allow any content that is overly explicit, sexually graphic, or otherwise inappropriate in nature. All sessions must maintain a level of professionalism and adhere to industry standards for decency. We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate a session and deny future bookings if this policy is violated and not respected.
